Lebanese Luxe

While flipping through this month's FAB issue of Architectural Digest, I couldn't stop "OMG"-ing over this amazing house in Beirut. The owner, May Daouk, worked for Bunny Williams for ten years in New York before moving her family back to her hometown. I can't get enough of the wonderful colors, fantastic antiques, and overall character of the place.

The heart of a traditional Lebanese house, this enormous room serves as the focal point of the home and as a comfortable, stylish meeting place.

I just love all of that lavender!

A Samperton Sample

Schuyler Samperton is the kind of designer who manages to strike the perfect balance between casual cool and polished perfection. I love browsing her portfolio for inspiration and keep coming back to this Beverly Hills project.

Those vibrant fabrics! That stark white! Such a brilliant combination. I'd like to steal her style for my sprawling Spanish style estate.

And did you catch her work in the March issue of Vogue? Brilliant.
